How to Leave a Product Review
You must have an account and have purchased a product to leave a review for that product.
Don’t have an account?
That’s okay, you can still leave a review on a product by creating an account with the same email that you used at checkout. Click here to find out how to create an account.
To Leave a Review
- Start by going to your account’s orders page here.
- Now click view on the order that you’d like to leave a review for.
- Next, under “Order Details” click the title of the product that you would like to leave a review for.
- Once you’re at the product page, scroll down to the description tab, then click the reviews tab. (for mobile users click the plus then reviews)
- After you have navigated to the “reviews tab” click on how many stars you would like to rate the product/service for, then please write a description for the experience and/or product that you have purchased.
- If you would like to be notified of responses to your comment, please mark the checkbox above the submit button.
- Once all these steps have been taken, please click the yellow submit button to finish writing your review.
- If you have purchased multiple items within the same order, you can go back to step 3 and repeat for the other items.
